My experience with the NHFC has been one of encouragement, professionalism, and genuine partnership.
As a young black developer, it meant a great deal to work with an institution that believed in our vision rather than judging us by our background or associations. The NHFC treated us fairly, guided us professionally, and gave us confidence to continue pursuing our affordable housing goals.
I would once again like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Sito Abraham and the entire NHFC team for their outstanding support throughout our journey. Their commitment, patience, and professionalism made what could have been a difficult process much smoother.
